I have never ordered from LaFuente before but was trying to find some Mexican tile for my newly painted home so took a chance. First of all, the tiles I ordered were very well packaged and intact when they arrived. Most important, the tiles are gorgeous and look so beautiful at my front door in the wrought iron holder.I also purchased 2 equally beautiful canisters that also were packaged so as not to be broken in transit. Being an admirer of this pottery, I would highly recommend this company and their products.

I am very happy with the quality and price of my new base, and it arrived within 1 week of ordering. Very satisfied customer here.
I would have liked the canister jar better if it had a gasket seal rubber ring so that it could have an air tight seal.
I ordered two canisters. Everything was well packed but one of the tops of the canisters was too big. I called customer service and was helped by a very courteous woman who apologized profusely. I took a photo with my phone of the inside of the lid with a measuring tape to show the size. I sent n the photo and within a few days I received a lid that fit perfectly. I will be a return customer!

Overall, I was pleased with my purchase. It was packaged very well and was in excellent condition. The only issue was that the colors were much brighter than pictured. What I thought was black was actually navy blue and what I thought was more a cranberry color was actually orange! That is the reason I gave it a 4 star rating instead of 5!
