Shipping was quick. All tiles arrived unbroken. Customer service great. The tiles are gorgeous.
When one of the tiles I ordered was out of stock, I was notified my order would be delayed. Since I was working on a deadline, I emailed a request for a substitution. The substitution was made and my order arrived within a few days. The tiles were all intact, beautiful, and very uniform. The tiles I started my project with were from a different vendor, and those had arrived with some broken due to careless packing and also due to the fact that the tiles were not flat. Their shapes were highly irregular. Thank you LaFuente!
My order of talavera rile came on time and intact. The tiles were wrapped very well and are beautiful. The color was slightly different from the online pictures but I was warned that can happen Only thing is that it would be nice if you had free shipping because it's a little expensive to ship.

the only problem I had was that I as looking for a purple tile ant the one in the computer was not the color I thought it was. It turns out the I still can use it.
