Both times I have ordered they contacted me about back ordered items and gave me the option to wait for them and delay the order delivery or remove them from the order. Both times I asked to replace them with something similar or remove them from the order. Either way they took care of it the way I asked. They are very good with communication. The deliveries also came earlier than expected. They are great to work with

maybe this is very normal with this type of online business.. if so, than forget about this feedback.first time I order a set tiles and got an email from La Fuente said it was "out of stock".. so I had to substitute - not my first choice but am reasonable.. Next time I ordered a set of tiles, got an email again saying its out of stock.. I ordered 32 4x4 tiles and was told only 3 were in stock....You go figure if this is acceptable...
I originally received a 6x6" tile and I emailed and they responded quickly and sent me the 4x4" tile I needed . So helpful !

I ordered individual, smaller Mexican tiles, and some of their broken Mexican tiles, to use in mosaic art projects. The tiles were very well made, well-priced, and carefully packaged to protect them in shipping. The broken tile is simply beautiful. Very pleased.
