This was my second order, and both were delivered within just a few days (ground) and carefully packed to prevent damage. The tiles look just as beautiful in person as they do online. I purchased 10 lbs if broken pieces. They were so inexpensive! I can't wait to start my mosaics. I was extremely satisfied with the other tiles. It was very easy to shop for tiles without leaving my home. The colors were accurate and the tiles were even prettier than the photos. I've been to Mexico and seen where they are made and I was grateful that it was easy to order them on line and within our country.

It has been a pleasure working with the staff of this company. I have placed 3 orders of miscellaneous tiles and all were received without errors or broken tiles. They notified me promptly on the one tile they did not have in stock. The carrier wasn't as gentle with parcel as the FRAGILE stamp requested; however, the tiles were so well packaged not one was cracked. Kudos to you folks for doing such an excellent job.

We ordered samples of several tiles in the Talavera line. Customer service was great and the tiles were painstakingly packed. Still somehow, one broke but I cannot fault the packer. These things happen. La Fuente is heads and shoulders above their fellow Mexican Tile retailers. I highly recommend.

I recently ordered 2 different batches of tiles, was delight with tiles and the whole experience with La Fuente went very well.
I ordered samples, which arrived quickly. Then Iplaced a larger order for my project. I was impressed that I received a quick call after I placed my order to tell me that not all of it was available. After quickly adjusting my order, the product was packed and shipped shortly, after they checked with me once again that I was getting multiple lots with some color variation. FedEx did not do a good job with the shipment, as the boxes arrived dented and beat-up looking. But, due to the excellent packing job LaFuente did, only a few tiles had been broken. Overall, I am very satisfied with their efforts for my order.

The tiles were more beautiful than I imagined and my shower is gorgeous. They were packaged exceptionally well and non were broken or damaged.I also received exceptional help on the phone since the stock was a little short on a few that I ordered online and my project could not wait for a backorder to arrive.The sales person went out of her way to help me figure out some changes to the order that worked out perfectly.

I was very satisfied with the service provided. The staff was friendly and very efficient in getting the products to me. They have a beautiful and large selection of tile. The only advice I have is maybe train on finding ways to help people like me who don't know how to estimate how much tile is needed for a round table. Yes I did go on Google, But I didn't find it helpful.

I ordered a slew of different tiles as samples to see how they would look in my kitchen. The website was easy to use, with very accurate pictures of the tiles. There were no surprises when I opened the box. Also, the tiles were very carefully packed. Overall, I was very happy with the experience La Fuente provided.
Great experience. The variety of tiles you offer were just what we were looking for - lots of color. Placed our first order but we came up short and had to re-order 12 more. Delivery on our second order was a bit expensive (12 tiles for $12.00) but they came in good shape. Since the tiles were handmade they aren't totally square but we made it work. Would definitely order from you again!
I was in need of very special tiles for a very special project. A Christmas present for a very special Gran and PaPa. Within 30 minutes of receiving my online order I received a call letting me know that a few of the color selections/sizes I had ordered were not immediately available. SHIPPING COSTS ARE HIGH
I purchased Mexican tiles. Unfortunately, the glazed surfaces are covered with invisible cracks, which become horribly visible when thsy come in contact with any standard grout. The installer stopped when he realized what was happening. The affected tiles, of course, had to be ripped out and replaced. A specialty grout had to be used thereafter. When I contacted customer service to inform them of this problem, I was told that they had never heard of this happening before. I'm afraid that is not believable. By the way, two coats of sealer prior to grouting made absolutely no difference. In short, I'm not happy with my experience.
