Communication was great. They let me aware some of the tile was not available and my order would be delayed. I asked if they would pick out similar tiles to get my order earlier and they did. The tiles came earlier than expected and I love the replacements they picked.
I would love to have had a confirmation of payment made. An auto receipt. Lots of the tiles chipped, not acceptable.
