maybe this is very normal with this type of online business.. if so, than forget about this feedback.first time I order a set tiles and got an email from La Fuente said it was "out of stock".. so I had to substitute - not my first choice but am reasonable.. Next time I ordered a set of tiles, got an email again saying its out of stock.. I ordered 32 4x4 tiles and was told only 3 were in stock....You go figure if this is acceptable...

The tile we received were exactly what we expected! Out of all the tile (alot!), 4 were broken. Alot less than we expected, the box was huge, and it didn't interfere with our tiling project.
