Description
This charming clay figurine was made by hand in the state of Puebla, Mexico. It is representative of El Dia De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead), an annual celebration held every November in the villages of Mexico. Communities gather in local cemeteries to honor departed loved ones and to celebrate the joy of living. Altars are constructed and filled with offerings for the dead, such as flowers, liquor, candy and food. These skeletons or "calacas" are meant to depict a joyful and active afterlife, and can be used as decoration for your own Halloween or Day of the Dead celebrations. Please Choose an Item

I appreciate the quick turn around from the point of placing the order to receipt of the items. Two of the figures were broken when I received them. I did super glue them into place however would want to recommend improved packaging.Thank you.
