Both times I have ordered they contacted me about back ordered items and gave me the option to wait for them and delay the order delivery or remove them from the order. Both times I asked to replace them with something similar or remove them from the order. Either way they took care of it the way I asked. They are very good with communication. I am very satisfied with my experience. The website was easy to navigate as was ordering the products. I ordered Talavera tile and a few of them were broken when they arrived. The packaging was really well done so I don't think La Fuente was at fault. The amount of tiles I ordered versus the few that were broken is negligible. I contacted the company and they are sending me replacement tiles at no charge. I would highly recommend La Fuente and will use them again in the future if I am looking for items like what they sell!

These Talavera tiles are beautiful! Bright colors, great quality work, nearly identical size & pattern. I’m very happy with them, they will be the focal point of my kitchen. Perfect look for Bohemian or even French Country inspired design.3 of the 72 tiles were cracked but I don’t believe it was from the packing. All were carefully packed with styrofoam cushions above and below the interior box. Seems unavoidable risk of shipping fragile product so plan accordingly with a few extra.

Ordering was easy and the products came in fast. I would say 80% of the tiles were good and the rest were warped from baking or they were not accruate sizes. Keep in mind that they are all hand made so each tile is slightly different. I managed to make it work for our backsplash
